Mariners Quay is a concept design proposal for a new multi-use building in Warsash, south Hampshire. The theory behind the design is to play homage to the coastal water location by creating a design which mimics the back of a yacht. The tiered platformed design allows hierarchy throughout the building, providing retail and office units on the ground floor, restaurant and food on the first floor and an intimate panoramic bar on the roof level with views across the Solent.
